Shipping Policy

Fast Forward Academy products are shipped by some of the best companies in the world. Amazon Fulfillment handles our inventory to pick, pack, and ship it via UPS, FedEx, or USPS anywhere in the continental United States at various speeds.

Standard shipping includes same day shipment in most cases for orders placed during regular business hours and delivery times range from 4 to 14 days. Expedited shipping methods are also available for slightly higher rates.

Please note for International shipments that Fast Forward Academy is not responsible for duties, tariffs, or any other import charges that may apply, if applicable.

Amazon provides tracking information and low cost flat rate shipping options as described above. All Fulfillment by Amazon packages include detailed packing slips and are inspected at the time of packing. Orders are delivered directly to the optimal carrier for your area and shipment information is recorded in our system with tracking numbers and updated order status.

Return Policy

All returns must be sent to our corporate office with a RMA number assigned by a FFA representative. We are not responsible for lost mail and will not provide a refund if we do not receive your package. A package is considered received when it arrives in good order at our corporate office with an RMA number. We are not responsible for items shipped to any other location. For your protection, please send your package with delivery verification.
