Returns of Fast Forward Academy educational materials are governed by our standard 30-day return policy. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with Fast Forward Academy, LLC educational materials, you may initiate a return for a full refund of the purchase price of the item(s). Shipping costs are not refundable. To qualify for the refund we must receive notice within 30 days of the date of purchase, along with a brief explanation of the reason for the return, your original receipt, and the product must have been purchased through FastForwardAcademy.com.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form must accompany all eligible physical returns. If you purchased a product from another retailer you must contact them for any returns.

Returns of third-party products included as part of a promotion with Fast Forward Academy, LLC materials are governed by the specific terms of the offer. Unless otherwise specified, any included third-party products, such as a calculator or tablet, must be returned unopened in original packaging. If the third-party product(s) is in any other condition other than unopened in original packaging your return amount will NOT include the full retail price of that opened or used product and/or service.

Return Policy

All returns must be sent to our corporate office with a RMA number assigned by a FFA representative. We are not responsible for lost mail and will not provide a refund if we do not receive your package. A package is considered received when it arrives in good order at our corporate office with an RMA number. We are not responsible for items shipped to any other location. For your protection, please send your package with delivery verification.

 

Multiple Testing Season Guarantee

Our test preparation products are guaranteed to span multiple testing seasons. If you buy our course(s), you will not need to purchase study materials again for the same exam! We promise to support you with updated materials until you complete your exam(s) to become a CPA, EA, RTRP, or any other designation we supply.

If you do not complete the exam(s) in a single testing season, we provide updates online and in some cases summarize the changes that affect the exam you are taking. We find that only a small percentage of content changes from one testing season to the next (5 to 10%).
