CPA Exam Requirements

Age: No Age Requirement
Education: Bachelor's degree of 120 hours is required, but 150 semester hour requirement must be met within six months of your exam application date. 24 semester hours in accounting courses
Citizenship: Citizenship is not required.
Residency: Residency is not required.

Here’s what you need to become licensed in the state of North Dakota.

Education: Bachelor's Degree of 150 semester hours is required.
Experience: 1 year of experience gained through employment in government, industry, academia or public accounting.
Ethics: AICPA Ethics examination is required to be licensed.
