When you purchase an exam preparation course directly from us you receive access to the course and all published updates to your electronic course materials so long as we offer the course and you are continuously engaged in the pursuit of your credential. Online updates occur automatically, at no cost to you. This guarantee does not apply to purchases where access is limited to a specified period that is disclosed on our website. In this instance, course access ends on the expiration date. Updates to physical course materials, such as paperback textbooks, are available at a substantial discount upon request.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied, you may request a full refund of any items purchased directly from us within 30-days of the date of initial purchase.


Our Policies

Return Policies

Only unused, unopened printed materials, or eBooks less than 20% read, can be requested to be returned. The buyer is required to notify Fast Forward Academy at support@fasforwardacademy.com of their intent to return a product and obtain approval to do so. All material must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. The refund will be the amount charged for the training materials only - shipping charges are not refunded.

If your return includes physical materials, merchandise must be returned in resalable condition. We are not responsible for lost mail. For your protection, please send your package with delivery verification.

If you purchase our learning materials from a source other than Fast Forward Academy, you should contact that retailer directly for any returns, as this policy does not apply to purchases from outside vendors or suppliers. Shipping costs are not refundable.

We may deny any return or exchange if it fails to meet our return policy criteria. Refunds for Continuing Education/Annual Filing Season Program purchases will only be issued if no completion certificates have been issued.

Compliant Resolution Policy

Please call (888) 798–7277 or email support@fastforwardacademy.com to submit all complaints, concerns, and refund request information. All complaints will be carefully reviewed for resolution. Corrections made will follow the standards that are stated in the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy’s (NASBA) CPE administration policies.


Shipping Policy

Fast Forward Academy products are handled by top shipping carriers to ensure your order gets to you on time. Shipments generally leave our fulfillment center within one business day of placing your order. Shipping charges and available service will vary based on package weight and country of destination. You can see our shipping rates in your shopping cart before placing your order.


International Shipments

Items shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (”Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. Fast Forward Academy cannot mark any package(s) as a “Gift” in order to avoid customs and duties fees.

Depending on your country, please expect 2-4 weeks as an estimate of delivery for international orders. Keep in mind, that you can access the electronic textbook immediately after purchase, along with all of our other online tools. You can view our international shipping rates in your shopping cart.

Financed Orders

Financed purchases utilizing Affirm are subject to all Fast Forward Academy policies, in addition to the agreed upon policies provided by Affirm during the checkout process. Employees of Fast Forward Academy do not have access to Affirm account information, are not able to provide support on any questions or concerns pertaining to Affirm payments, and cannot provide any information regarding the approval/denial of financing through Affirm.
