27 semester hours of upper division accounting subjects
33 semester hours of general business subjects

Here’s what you need to become licensed in the state of Missouri.
Education: Bachelor's Degree of 150 semester hours is required.
Experience: 1 year accounting experience in industry, government, academia or public practice. To sign reports or supervise attest services, the CPA will need 1 additional year of experience in attest work.
Ethics: Complete written exam in professional ethics acceptable to the Missouri Board
