Education:
Bachelor's degree of 120 hours is required to sit for the exam.
24 semester hours in accounting courses
Citizenship: Citizenship is not required.
Residency: Residency is required.
Here’s what you need to become licensed in the state of Pennsylvania.
Education: Bachelor's Degree of 150 semester hours is required.
Experience: 1 year (1,600 hours) of experience in any type of service or advice involving the use of accounting, attestation, compilation, management advisory, financial advisory, tax or consulting skills gained through employment in government, industry, academia or public practice.
Ethics: AICPA Ethics examination not required.
